The aspect of human body and physical condition are the main concern of Erika Ernawan’s works. Her works traverse around the virtual, real, and actual through painting, photography, and performance art; to explore how self image / construction of self image and identity is manifested through citra, shadow, as well as her own embodiment ?. Living and working in Bandung, she became one of the winners of BaCAA #1 through her work titled “Mirror Sees Me Series”.
