Maria Indria Sari

YOGYAKARTA, INA, 1976

Maria Indria Sari is a painter and artistic director, graduated from Faculty of Recorded Media, Yogyakarta Art Institute (ISI). She works with various mediums, including drawing, textile, embroidery, and objects, mainly giving insights of her daily life. Having won various children painting competition awards, later as artist she continues participating in many group exhibitions in Indonesia and overseas. Solo exhibitions include Crafting the Self (Roh Projects, Jakarta, 2014) and Un/happy Motherhood: Narasi Aku dan Ibu (Lawangwangi Art & Science Estate, Bandung, 2012).
